Camp for all

Youth Scholarship Information

No Child is ever denied participation due to inability to pay

Thanks to our robust scholarship fund, the Wenatchee Valley YMCA provides services to all those who need them regardless of ability to pay by setting fees at rates affordable to a majority of residents in its service area and providing financial assistance to those for whom YMCA fees are not affordable.

Scholarship funds are generously donated by our annual Partners With Youth donors.

  • We understand that summers are a continuum of successful youth development, therefore we want to ensure children have access to our summer camps like Lake Wenatchee YMCA Resident Camp, Summer Day Camp and Extreme Teens. If you are unable to pay the full cost of the program fee we have summer scholarships designed to help!

    1. Register for your week(s) of camp in advance to secure your spot.

    2. You will then fill out and submit the scholarship application (linked below). Hard copies are available at the Wenatchee Valley YMCA Membership Services desk.

    3. A 30% scholarship will be awarded. If you need additional financial assistance, please indicate that on your scholarship application. You will be asked to submit additional information based on Washington’s Subsidy Guidelines for additional support.

    YOUTH PROGRAM SUBSIDIES

Youth program subsidies are made possible through private contributions, grants, endowment earnings, and volunteer services.
