to us! This kitchen is well stocked to provide complete meals for up to 145 people. Rental
groups usually help do the dishes. However if that is not your style or in your schedule,
groups may pay extra for dishwashing service by the YMCA staff. The kitchen has an
industrial sanitizer, a dry storage walk-in and cold storage walk-in. The kitchen also has
2 freezers, a great preparation island and a classic camp stove with a wonderful grill.
